Disconnecting your Pickle Number

A quick "how-to" on disconnect your Pickle Number.

If you would like to Disconnect a phone number from your Pickle account, you can do so from the Pickle Portal at any time. Please note that this action can only be performed by admins.

How to Disconnect a Pickle number

  • Log in to the Dashboard.

  • Select the Number you would like to cancel. You can also search for the number in the search bar on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Click on the View tab.

  • At the right of the page, you will find the Disconnect button.

  • Click on Disconnect.

  • A popup window will appear asking you to confirm.

Click Confirm to confirm.

โš ๏ธ Be sure that you are 100% ready to delete the Number before clicking Confirm, as once this action has been performed all corresponding data will be lost.

There is a very short recovery window for Numbers that have been mistakenly deleted, however, you will be unable to recover any corresponding data โš ๏ธ

๐Ÿ’ก Before deleting a Number, please make sure to export any necessary data.

โš ๏ธ Note that any call recording links listed in the export will no longer function after a number is deleted.

๐Ÿ“š If you have accidentally deleted your Pickle Number, contact Pickle support.
