Provide the Following Information
Your current phone number or service.
The new plan you wish to switch to.
Plan Change Timeline
Plan changes are processed on the 1st of every month.
Be sure to contact us at least five business days before the end of the current month to ensure timely processing.
Important Notes
Billing Adjustments: Any pro-rata changes for the new plan will reflect in your next invoice.
Eligibility: Plan changes are subject to terms and conditions, including Fair Use Policies where applicable.
