Learn how to change your Pickle plan for 1300, 1800, or virtual phone numbers. Contact our team via chat or email to request a plan change, processed on the 1st of each month.

To request a plan change, please contact our friendly team. Here’s how:

  1. Get in Touch

  2. Provide the Following Information

    • Your current phone number or service.

    • The new plan you wish to switch to.


Plan Change Timeline

  • Plan changes are processed on the 1st of every month.

  • Be sure to contact us at least five business days before the end of the current month to ensure timely processing.


Important Notes

  • Billing Adjustments: Any pro-rata changes for the new plan will reflect in your next invoice.

  • Eligibility: Plan changes are subject to terms and conditions, including Fair Use Policies where applicable.
