What is an EROU Invoice?
An Enhanced Rights of Use (EROU) invoice is a document that confirms ownership of a virtual number, such as a 1300 or 1800 number. It is issued by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) or an authorised provider when you purchase a number through the ACMA Numbering System.
This invoice is essential when linking your number to a new service provider, such as Think Pickle. It ensures that only verified owners can use and manage the number.
Why Do You Need an EROU Invoice?
Your EROU invoice serves as proof that you have the legal rights to the number. This is a critical step in transferring or activating your number with a new service provider. Without it, we cannot link your number to your Pickle account.
