What is an EROU Invoice?

An Enhanced Rights of Use (EROU) invoice is a document that confirms ownership of a virtual number, such as a 1300 or 1800 number. It is issued by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) or an authorised provider when you purchase a number through the ACMA Numbering System.

This invoice is essential when linking your number to a new service provider, such as Think Pickle. It ensures that only verified owners can use and manage the number.

Why Do You Need an EROU Invoice?

Your EROU invoice serves as proof that you have the legal rights to the number. This is a critical step in transferring or activating your number with a new service provider. Without it, we cannot link your number to your Pickle account.

Steps to Find Your EROU Invoice

  1. Log into the ACMA Numbering System

    • Use your login credentials to access your account. If you don't have an account, create one using the email associated with your number purchase.

  2. Locate Your Number

    • Navigate to the "Finance" section and click "Search" in your ACMA dashboard.

    • Find the specific 1300 or 1800 number for which you need the EROU invoice.

  3. Download the Invoice

    • Select your number and click on the “Download Invoice” or “EROU Proof” option.

    • Save the document to your device as a PDF.

  4. Upload to Pickle

    • During your onboarding process with Think Pickle, upload the EROU invoice where prompted.

  1. Locate Your Number

  2. Then click the Search button. This will display your purchase history.

  3. Download the Invoice

What If You Can't Find Your EROU Invoice?

If you’re unable to locate your EROU invoice:

  • Contact ACMA: Reach out to the Australian Communications and Media Authority for assistance.

  • Contact Your Provider: If the number was purchased through another provider, request the invoice from them.
