Go to the Phone Numbers menu in the Customer Portal.

Then click Add New Service and select either 1300 Number  or 1800 Number , then follow the prompts. 

You will need the following information;

  1. Your existing 1300/1800 number

  2. The name of your current provider

  3. Your current account numbers (This should be display on the invoice)

Pro Tip: Unsure who your provider is? You can look it up using theNumberSystem number look up tool. Simply enter your 1300/1800 number in Number field then click search. Your current provider is displayed in the Current holder field.
