How to Cancel a Service

If you need to cancel a service with Think Pickle, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Cancellation Notice Period

  • A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required for the cancellation of standard services.

  • This period commences only after we receive your cancellation request in the correct format.

Submitting a Cancellation Request

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please provide the following information:

  1. Service ID: As it appears on your invoice.

  2. Desired Cancellation Date: The specific date you wish the service to end.

  3. Reason for Cancellation: A brief explanation to help us improve our services.

Important Considerations

  • Effective Date: The notice period begins only after we receive your correctly completed cancellation form.

  • Billing: Services will continue to be billed during the notice period.

  • Early Termination Fees: May apply for fixed-term agreements as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services are prorated based on the remaining term. No refunds are provided for work already performed.
