We are writing to inform you of a significant change to our mobile services. Due to recent adjustments from Telstra Wholesale, Think Pickle will no longer provide mobile services starting 27th May 2024.
What is Changing?
As of 27th May 2024, our partnership with Telstra Wholesale will undergo changes, leading to the discontinuation of Think Pickle's mobile services. This decision, while difficult, is necessary due to factors beyond our control.
What This Means for You
Our priority is to ensure a smooth transition for all our valued customers. To continue enjoying uninterrupted mobile service, we recommend transferring your mobile service to Belong, a reliable provider offering flexible and affordable plans that Telstra owns.
Transitioning to Belong
To port your service to Belong, please use your Think Pickle account number. Belong's mobile plans are designed to meet a variety of needs, ensuring you find a suitable option with ease.
Timeline for the Transition
Start of Service Restrictions: From 27th May 2024, some restrictions will apply to your mobile service, though incoming calls will remain active.
Complete Disconnection: By 27th July 2024, all Think Pickle mobile services will be disconnected. It is crucial to complete the porting process before this date, as your number will not be portable afterwards.
