How to Get Started
To complete the audit, we require the following site access details for each location:
Site Contact Name
Mobile Number for Site Contact
Preferred Date for Audit
Unconditional Access to the MDF (Main Distribution Frame):
Please ensure we have access to any necessary keys, access cards, or permissions required to reach the MDF during the audit period.
Hardware Replacement
If any of your hardware needs replacing to meet the new requirements, we will provide a detailed quote for the necessary upgrades. This will allow you to make informed decisions on any additional steps required to maintain your service.
Prompt Response Appreciated
Given the importance of aligning with updated network requirements, we ask that you arrange access as soon as possible. This will allow us to complete the audit and implement upgrades promptly, minimising any potential risk of service disruption.
