Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Phone Not Initialising

    • Ensure the device is connected to an active internet network.

    • Check power connections for both PoE and AC power sources.

  2. Wi-Fi Connection Issues

    • Verify WPS is enabled on both the handset and Pickle Smart Modem.

    • Reboot the modem and try reconnecting.

  3. Softphone Login Issues

    • Confirm your login credentials match the details provided during activation.

    • Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements.
