If you’re having a hard time breaking up with your former number with your previous carrier, Pickle offers the ability to port your existing number(s) to your Pickle account (local, national or toll-free).

If you would like to port your number to your Pickle account, please follow the steps below.

First, make sure that you are a current Pickle customer and that you have subscribed to a plan. Trial Accounts are not supported for Number Porting. However, we can run a portability check for you.

Then, gather up the following information:

  • the number you would like to port-in

  • your current carrier

  • * If your service provider is another VoIP service, please reach out to ask them who the true underlying carrier owner is.

  • full name of the owner of the Number

  • complete address

  • a copy of your last bill

Once you have collected everything, feel free to begin this process by going to the Pickle portal.

Please note that your numbers must remain active with your old carrier in order to be ported into Pickle. If you cancel your account with your current carrier before the numbers have been ported, then we are unable to proceed with the porting

What countries are able to be ported into Pickle?

Australia and New Zealand.

Will my service be interrupted during the process?

There should not be any service interruption when porting your numbers to Pickle. However, depending on the efficiency of your losing carrier, there can be a small downtime. Please note that this is a rare occurrence and Pickle works to ensure that there are no delays.

How long does it take to port my number?

The time it takes to port your number to Pickle will depend on two things: if you have provided us with the correct account information from the beginning of the process, and how quickly your current carrier responds to our porting request. The process can take anywhere from a minimum of ten working days to an extended period of time.

Address Verification

Please keep in mind that some numbers require supplementary information in order to be fully linked to your account. Such as a valid address in the same country or a business registration certificate.
