There are several payments methods you can use to pay your bill.
Pay online
You can pay your bill using a credit or debit card through My Pickle.
Go to the Billing menu in the Customer Portal.
Then click Pay on the invoice you wish to pay. Input your credit card details and click Pay.
Payments made by credit or debit card are processed within 24 hours and incur a payment processing fee of 1.9%.
Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Diners Club.

The best way to check your bill amount and when it’s due is through My Pickle. You can also get your account balance by calling 1300688588 from any phone.
You’ll have at least 14 days from the date we issue your bill before you need to pay. If you need some extra time to pay, you can request a payment extension.
