Managing Your Phone Numbers in the Pickle Portal

Overview

The Phone Numbers section of the Pickle Portal gives customers a centralised view of all phone numbers on their account — including 1300, 1800, and mobile numbers. From here, customers can monitor number status, manage call flows, review call history, and take action on individual services.


Accessing the Phone Numbers Section

  1. Log in to the Pickle Portal at my.thinkpickle.com.au

  2. Click Phone Numbers in the left navigation menu


Understanding the Numbers List

Each row represents a single service:

  • Number — the phone number (1300, 1800, or mobile)

  • Ref — the customer reference name assigned to that number

  • StatusActive (live) or In Progress (being provisioned or changed)

  • Service Type — 1300 Number, 1800 Number, or Mobile Number

  • Flows — a checkmark means a call flow is linked; no checkmark means one has not been configured

  • View — opens the individual number management page


Managing an Individual Number

Clicking View opens a dedicated page for that service. Available actions:

  • View call volume analytics — see incoming call activity over time

  • Update the reference name — change the label used to identify the number

  • Edit or create call flows — modify how incoming calls are handled

  • View call history — review a log of calls received

  • Submit a trouble ticket — report a fault directly from the number page

  • Disconnect the number — initiate a disconnection request

Tabs on the Number Page

  • Services — number details and configuration options

  • Call History — log of calls received on that number
