🔐 Call Flow Manager – First Login Guide

This guide explains how to log in to Call Flow Manager for the first time using your Frontier account.

When your access is created, you will receive an email inviting you to set up your password and complete your first login.


Step 1 — Open the Account Activation Email

Once your Frontier user account has been created, you will receive an email containing a password reset link.

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click the Reset Password link.

This will take you to the password setup page.


Step 2 — Request Password Reset

On the reset password screen:

  1. Enter your username
    (your username is your email address)

  2. Click Submit

The system will send you a second email to confirm the password reset request.


Step 3 — Open the Password Reset Email

Check your inbox for the Password Reset email.

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click the password reset link.

This will allow you to set your new password.


Step 4 — Create Your New Password

Enter your new password and click Submit.

If successful, a Password Change Confirmation screen will appear confirming your password has been updated.


Step 5 — Log in to the Frontier Portal

Click Back to Login and sign in using:

  • Username: your email address

  • Password: the new password you created

This will log you into the Frontier portal.


Step 6 — Accept Usage Terms

On your first login, you will be asked to accept the usage terms.

  1. Review the terms

  2. Click Submit

This step only occurs during your first login.


Step 7 — Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To secure your account, you must complete Multi-Factor Authentication.

  1. Click Send Code

  2. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to:

  • your email address, or

  • your mobile phone (if one is registered)


Step 8 — Enter the Verification Code

  1. Enter the 6-digit verification code

  2. Click Verify

Once verified, you will be logged into the system.


Step 9 — Open Call Flow Manager

After login you will see the Frontier Tools dashboard.

  1. Click Number Management

  2. This will open the Call Flow Manager interface.


Step 10 — Access Your Call Flows

Depending on your account type:

Wholesale Accounts

A new tab will display your customer list where you can manage call flows.

Business Accounts

A new tab will display your service numbers and call flow configurations.

You are now ready to use Call Flow Manager.
