Overview
The National Broadband Network (nbn®) is Australia’s wholesale broadband network, providing internet access to homes and businesses across the country. Pickle delivers Business Broadband services over the nbn®, combining nbn infrastructure with Pickle’s business-grade configuration, support, and optional voice and lift phone services.
How Pickle uses nbn®
Pickle does not own the nbn® network. Instead, we:
-
Provision business-grade nbn® services
-
Supply approved modem hardware
-
Configure services for business use (including VoIP and lift phones)
-
Provide ongoing support and monitoring
Your physical connection (the “last mile”) is delivered by nbn®, while Pickle manages the service experience on top.
