Pickle accounts can have multiple users with different access levels.


Common User Types

  • Account owner

  • Billing contact

  • Technical contact

  • Read-only users


Adding a New User

To add a user:

  • Provide their name and email

  • Assign the appropriate role

  • Confirm access level


Removing a User

Remove users when:

  • Staff leave

  • Roles change

  • Access is no longer required

This helps protect your account.
