Hunt Groups

  • Rings users in order or simultaneously

  • No waiting queue

  • Best for small teams


Call Queues

  • Callers wait if all agents are busy

  • Music or ringing while waiting

  • Overflow rules available


Which Should I Use?

  • Fewer than 5 staff → Hunt group

  • High call volume → Call queue
