1. My Internet Is Slow

Try:

  • Restart router

  • Perform a wired speed test

  • Check if LTE failover is active

  • Reduce bandwidth-heavy apps (Teams, syncing, backups)

  • Move closer to the Wi-Fi router


2. Wi-Fi Keeps Dropping

Likely causes:

  • Interference

  • Overloaded Wi-Fi network

  • Poor router placement

  • Too many devices connected


3. Some Websites Won't Load

Check:

  • DNS blocking services

  • Firewall settings

  • VPN software

  • Browser cache


4. Internet Offline Completely

Steps:

  1. Check for NBN outage

  2. Check router lights

  3. Restart router + NBN device

  4. Test another device

  5. Attempt a wired connection

If failover activates, service will remain online via mobile.


5. Stuck on LTE Failover

Reasons may include:

  • Primary NBN link unstable

  • Physical line fault

  • Incorrect WAN configuration
