Welcome to Pickle! Now that you’ve successfully onboarded, it’s time to set up your account and services to start enjoying the benefits of seamless communication and connectivity. Follow these steps to get started on the right foot.

Step 1: Log In to Your Pickle Account

  1. Enter your email address and password.

  2. Access your dashboard to view all available features and services.

Tip: If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it quickly.


Step 2: Verify Your Account Details

  1. Go to the Account Settings section in your dashboard.

  2. Confirm that your profile details, such as your business name, contact information, and email, are accurate.

  3. Set up two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance security.

Business Internet:

Office Phone System:

  • Configure phone lines, voicemail, and call forwarding.

  • Set up extensions for your team.

Emergency Lift Phone:

  • Test the emergency phone to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Set up monitoring if applicable.

Virtual Phone Numbers:

  • Assign virtual numbers to team members or departments.

  • Configure call routing and flow using the Flow Builder.


Step 4: Explore the Dashboard

  1. Familiarise yourself with the dashboard layout.

  2. Review the quick links to manage invoices, monitor usage, and access support.

  3. Explore tools like the Flow Builder for automation and the Integrations section to connect Pickle with other platforms.


Step 5: Understand Your Billing

  1. Go to the Billing section to view your first invoice.

  2. Familiarise yourself with your billing cycle, payment methods, and due dates.

  3. Set up auto-payments for convenience.


Step 6: Customise Notifications

  1. Configure your preferences for email, SMS, and app notifications.

  2. Enable alerts for usage limits, billing reminders, and service updates.

  1. Visit the Help Centre for guides and troubleshooting.
