Call issues usually fall into a few common categories.

Calls Not Ringing

Check:

  • Phone powered and connected

  • Correct extension assigned

  • Business hours routing not blocking calls

Calls Dropping or Failing

Common causes:

  • Internet instability

  • Wi-Fi usage

  • Power interruptions

One-Way or Poor Audio

Try:

  • Switching to Ethernet

  • Closing heavy internet usage

  • Restarting router and handset

Inbound Number Routing Issues

Confirm:

  • Inbound number

  • Destination number

  • Time of last test call
