Go to the Phone Numbers menu in the Customer Portal.

Then click Add New Service and select either 1300 Number  or 1800 Number , then follow the prompts. 

You will need the following information;

  1. The new 1300/1800 number to be connected
  2. A copy of  the EROU Proof of Purchase  from ACMA theNumberSystem

Pro Tip: Can't find your EROU Proof of Purchase? You can download your invoice from theNumberSystem. Simply login, click the Finance then click search . This will display all your purchases from theNumberSystem.
